You must have eagle-eyes; thanks for posting that link! After watching the video where he has a chance to explain himself, I definitely hate the car a lot less than I did at first.

Looks like the owner works at a Goodyear. Tony may be a self-proclaimed hillbilly, but at least he has a good sense of what he’s doing. Not only did he match the wheels and minimize tire scrub, he even moved the license plate so a deer wouldn’t block it.
